Cleveland Festival Update - K Rock Kuyahoga Festival

A week or so ago, I wrote about the Festival set for Blossom music center with the Flaming Lips. One of my sources (thanks Cami) emailed me today with a more complete lineup: Flaming Lips Death Cab for Cutie Sonic Youth the Hold Steady She Wants Revenge Secret Machines Wolfmother the Go! Team More acts to be announced. This nice little event is taking place at Blossom Music Center on Aug 3 at 4:00. Tickets are 19.50 lawn and $39 pavillion and go on sale this Saturday. I can't end this post without a little editorial content. Hello K Rock Cleveland. This is I Rock Cleveland. How about playing these bands on your station instead of Fall out Boy, System of a Down, Avenged Sevenfold, etc, etc, etc. The current playlist for the station doesn't exactly resemble this lineup. For the love of Pete, I go to the K Rock website and Korn is a featured artist. C'mon, a little Go Team for the drive home can't hurt anyone. If I turned on K Rock one afternoon and actually heard these bands played, I would be a loyal listener. I'm done ranting and, K Rock, you should know that I only ranted because I care.
